WHY IT MATTERS

Web design is a revenue lever, not decoration.

UI/UX design is the practice of shaping what a visitor sees (the interface) and how it feels to use (the experience) so that more visitors become customers. A project at Inspiry runs 2–4 weeks from first mockup to launch-ready screens and delivers hi-fi Figma designs, a clickable prototype and, because the same team builds, the shipped interface itself. We design from evidence of what your users do, and we agree the metric a design has to move before we open Figma.

How do you measure whether a website design is working?

By the number it was hired to move. Before designing we agree the metric (enquiries, sign-ups, checkout completion) and instrument it, so design decisions show up in your analytics rather than in a portfolio. Clearer hierarchy, shorter forms and trust placed where doubt creeps in are testable choices, and we treat them that way.

Website redesign vs incremental UX fixes

A full redesign is the right call when the structure itself is wrong: the navigation doesn't match how customers think, or the brand has moved on from the site. Incremental UX fixes win more often than agencies admit: new type, spacing, colour and reworked key templates on the existing structure capture most of the impact at a fraction of the cost. We audit first and recommend the cheaper route whenever it will do the job.

Is a design system worth it for a small team?

Yes, and sooner than most teams expect. Reusable components, a type scale and spacing rules mean your tenth landing page ships in days and still looks like your brand: the difference between buying pages one at a time and owning a design capability. Every project we deliver includes the system as well as the screens.

Does website accessibility affect conversion?

Yes. WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, keyboard navigation and semantic markup mean more customers can actually complete your forms, and cleaner structure for the search engines and AI assistants that increasingly summarise your site. We bake it in from the first mockup rather than retrofitting it the week before launch.

Who UI/UX design is not for

If you already have a design team and only need production capacity, or you want trend-driven visuals regardless of what they convert, we're a poor match. Our design work exists to move a metric, and the free 30-minute UX review will show you, with honest notes, whether there's a metric worth moving.

UI-UX FAQ

Common questions about UI/UX design.

UI/UX design at Inspiry starts at $2,999 fixed as a standalone project, and design is folded into the quote when we build the site too. Pricing is one-time and quoted upfront, with 50% to start and 50% on launch, and revisions continue until you approve.

A website redesign at Inspiry takes 2–4 weeks: discovery and visual directions first, hi-fi screens and a clickable prototype next, then build and launch. Because design and development are one team, the work moves straight from approved screens to shipped pages, with the agency-to-developer handoff gone from the schedule.

Yes, some clients use Inspiry purely for design and build in-house. You get hi-fi Figma mockups, a clickable prototype and handoff-ready specs covering spacing, type, states and assets, ready for your developers to implement directly. Files live in your Figma workspace from day one, so you own them outright.

Design revisions continue until you approve: that is what the fixed quote covers, rather than a countdown of rounds. In practice, because you're clicking through an interactive prototype instead of reading flat mockups, most projects reach approval within two or three passes.

Often a refresh is the better spend: updated type, colour and a handful of rebuilt key templates on the existing structure. A full redesign earns its cost when the underlying structure has stopped matching how customers think. We'll tell you which your site needs in the free 30-minute UX review.

Whether a design works is measured against the single metric we agree before opening Figma: enquiries, sign-ups or checkout completion. We instrument it at launch, so you get before-and-after numbers rather than before-and-after screenshots, and you can see whether the design moved the number it was hired to move.

We design in Figma: mockups, clickable prototypes and the component library, with files shared to your workspace so you own them. Because one team designs and builds, the screens you approve in Figma are the screens that ship in the browser, faithful to the last detail.
