Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes. Most of our maintenance clients came to us with an existing site. We start by reviewing its plugins, theme, hosting and backups, fix anything risky, and then keep it maintained month to month.
Do you update plugins automatically?
No. Core, theme and plugin updates are checked and tested on a staging copy before they reach the live site, so an update does not quietly break a form, a layout or a checkout.
Do you back up my website?
Yes. Every plan includes daily backups, so a recent copy of your site is always there if an update, a hack or a simple mistake breaks something.
Do you monitor uptime?
Yes. Uptime monitoring is part of every plan, so an outage is spotted and dealt with quickly, often before your customers notice.
Can you fix problems on my existing website?
Yes, that is most of the work: investigating the underlying cause rather than patching symptoms. Fixes and small changes are included in every plan, up to 2 hours a month on Essential and 5 hours on Active.
Do you provide security monitoring?
Yes. Security checks, vulnerability monitoring and sensible hardening are part of every plan, alongside uptime monitoring, so problems are caught early rather than reported by a customer.
Can you help with performance?
Yes. Performance monitoring and fixes are included from the Active plan up, at $199 a month. If the site has drifted slow, we find the cause and fix it rather than adding another plugin.
Can you make small website changes?
Yes. Small improvements and content support are part of every plan: up to 2 hours of changes a month on Essential, 5 hours on Active, and development support on Ongoing.
What happens if the site needs a larger rebuild?
We will tell you honestly. If the site needs replacing, continuing to patch it wastes money, so Inspiry Solutions explains why and what a rebuild would involve rather than keeping it on life support.
How quickly can you respond to an issue?
Response times are agreed as part of your plan. The Active and Ongoing plans include priority support, so urgent issues on those plans are handled first.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No minimum term. WordPress maintenance plans run month to month, from $99 a month for Essential. Only the monthly growth retainer, which includes maintenance, has a three-month minimum.
